We offer both traditional build only and design and build packages and work well with architects and various other professional parties involved

We are used to working in other people’s property and give respect to their homes and possessions during the building process.

The building work is planned and programmed in consultation with the client . Times when, for example, the building will be unoccupied and when certain parts of the structure will be un accessible will all be highlighted to ensure a smooth run project.

Both commercial and domestic contracts are serviced with the Sewell touch: A non confrontational and positive approach is made to all matters with regard to the clients requirements and expectations.

The Brief

A concise schedule of works is drawn up and agreed prior to works commencing as a basis for the work. This will form part of a contract along with the drawings, which both parties sign prior to starting the build.

This does not mean that the brief cannot be altered or added to during the build process. We are fully aware that people change there mind once they see a project developing . New ideas spring up and we are flexible enough to acknowledge this and incorporate any change of design or feature that may be required.
