Should planning permission be required we will liaise with the local planning authority and determine what level of planning restrictions will apply to your property. We would then draw up plans and submit them to the local authority for approval. If successful in securing approval we would then be able to draw up building regulation plans and prepare calculation for a building regulation submission should this be required.
